Agency, empires, equilibria, and a proposed center — kept as separate axes.

This is a research program, not a manifesto restated as a brand. The claims share a hinge — what counts as an agent, and which structures treat people as ensembles — but they are not one slogan. Each axis has its own paper. The hub is the map, not a summary of the papers.

What this program is

A scientific endeavor, not a manifesto.

The work runs as science runs: articulate the problem, give a model, offer a method, keep the joints that do not yet close in view. It pulls from primary sources for those ideas, then offers new frameworks and ways to hybridize some of them. Reconciling left and right libertarianism; articulating Game of Empires; stating CenLib axioms — these are real models and hypotheses, built to be technically and historically accurate.

This is not sedition. The hypotheses in no way advocate violent means to a revolutionary end. The only aim is to fill gaps of logic and reconcile theoretical issues the author has identified. It is not a call to seize an office, and it is not a party program.

The author holds that these models become useful under post-scarcity conditions — in the sense Marx used modes of production and historical materialism: an account of what a later material situation will need, not a timetable for a coup. No one has a crystal ball. Historians who write the future (Harari among them) are still historians. The method of transition is not foolproof. This is the stage at which every past attempt decomposed through infighting and an inability to agree. That is why the open problems are part of the program, not an embarrassment to hide.

1 · Agency
Agency is an underspecified primitive; the compatibility debate is still philosophy. Before a choice, an unread remainder; at the time-instance, an agent. Polity and economy already constrain the unit: more room is more institutional agency, not a physics proof. Center libertarianism is a bid to maximize that room. The Individual Completion mapping is prospected, not closed.
2 · Game of Empires
The board begins in Sumer, when kings declare the horizon. Multipolar competition is the default of a shared imperial preference. Unipolarity is a temporary knockout. Superpower is not great power. Dalio’s eight gauges are the lagged math of reserve-currency dominance; inner and outer conflict are a pair beside them; his 250-year clock is not this cycle. A pole that achieves a named mix of hegemonies has to keep them — empires vie over that mix, not a single crown. Follow the Oil is the energy instrument (grain → coal → oil; petrodollar as invoicing plus recycling, not a 50-year treaty). The Fed is a hybrid LOLR after 1907; Chimerica’s 1990s peg unbinds in stages — a wean, not a funeral. 2010–22 is the economic war before kinetic. 2001–26 wars poured the tents. 2025–26 is verification. BRICS+ is a club; India is a wildcard. The AGI arms race and Harari’s replacement pressure sit on that board.
3 · Equilibria & commons
Prisoner’s dilemma, Olson’s free rider, and Hardin’s tragedy are related structures, not one parable. Halpern and Rong’s perfect cooperative equilibrium makes (C,C) an equilibrium in PD without being a best response. Ostrom’s design principles are the field literature on common-pool resources. None of this writes a constitution.
4 · Center libertarianism
Person as unit of title and voice — a program to maximize institutional agency. Property triad; nested direct assemblies; a named hybrid (agorism for withering, Bakunin for the firm). Productive commons is a CPR problem. Left and right remain irreconcilable on unmodified property — that is a different problem from polarity. Offered as what a later material situation will need, not as a coup.

Why six papers

The subjects are intertwined. Collapsing them produces slogans. Six papers cover the core without faking a finished constitution. Later writing picks one open problem and goes deeper; it does not restate the goal.

Open problems are part of the program. This site will not fake a finished constitution, threshold rule, or investment instrument. No listed stocks or bonds. No stock-market explainer that walks that rule back. The hypotheses do not advocate violent means. We are caught in Game of Empires while replacement tech is rolled out; that warning is the build-up of the papers together, not a prophecy.
