Texts were provided to start the session. They set the context: agency as an underspecified primitive; polarity as the interstate board; a proposed center that keeps the person as unit of title and voice. This page is the sequence of how that brief became papers. It is not the thesis. Implement from the papers and the bibliography.
Turn 1
Opening brief — liberty, agency, primary sources
Texts were provided to start the session. The brief: the original definition of liberty sits around agency; go further and find primary sources. That is Belsham 1789: “libertarian” as metaphysical anti-necessitarian, against the necessitarian. Locke and Blackstone on liberty under standing law, not “do as one lists.” The word is not yet the US party.

Historical thesis — left/right split
Anarchists and pre-Lenin Marxists as libertarian in that original agency sense. Chasm: right preserves private property; left treats that as the problem. Proudhon–Marx 1846–48; Bakunin fraction by 1872. Same problem, different method.

Applied Marxism + property axiom
Once applied, anarchists were right: the state could not retire. Three definitions of property. Polity more direct than Athens. Method of transition still withheld.

Paper 01 expanded to the same depth as Empires: working definition tested against logic, history, and observation; political and economic structures as constraints on the unit; CenLib as a bid to maximize institutional agency. Individual Completion (Shields 2026a, 2026b, after Einstein 1949) then mapped onto that definition: unread remainder before the act, T* as the time-instance, two constraint families, prospecting then acting. Prospected, not closed. Not a solution to van Inwagen.

Shared theory, named hybrid, drills and replacement
Paper 03 expanded theorist by theorist: same 19th-c. end-goal, disparity on organization and method as the theories grew. CenLib’s method named as a hybrid — agorism for withering, Bakunin for firm structuring, remaining specs for a declaration that does not yet exist. Paper 02 updated with the 2016 hinge, two decades of drills (what they were for, then what followed), BRICS+, India as wildcard. Harari (Sapiens, Homo Deus) cited as a historian predicting, not a crystal ball: staying in Game of Empires while rolling out replacement tech is the warning. Scientific framing on every paper: not a manifesto, not sedition, not violent means.

Who, purpose, then the match — including both sides in the tent
The compressed drill bullets were not the analysis. Rebuilt around the 2022 sequence: Defender-Europe 20 (who, REFORGER-scale purpose, COVID cut); Kavkaz-2020 (Southern MD; China and Pakistan on the range; India cancelled); Defender-21 and Sea Breeze in the Black Sea; Zapad-2021 (Belarus as Western MD); 4 February PRC–RF statement; Allied Resolve 10–20 February (attachés watching); 24 February campaign from the occupied axis. Vital signs taken; rails before kinetic; 2025–26 as verification
The missing piece was the economic war, not another drill summary. Dalio (2021) gives eight vital signs and the lagged reserve-currency math; this program takes the gauges and refuses the 250-year one-empire clock, the last-three-currencies board, and any portfolio conclusion. Guilder, sterling, dollar as how dominance was leveraged; Suez 1956 and frozen reserves 2022 as the lag spent. 2010–15 pours the second hall (BRI, CIPS, AIIB); 2016 accelerates; 2022 demonstrates (SWIFT, ~$300bn frozen). Drill sheet unfrozen: Zapad-2013 fill-in; 2025–26 current (Sword 26 replacing Defender, BALTOPS smaller because of another theater, RIMPAC without China, Joint Sea-2026, Justice Mission, Talisman Sabre) as open verification, not invented outcomes.

Trade-war declaration as policy; rare earths as the other unplug; current truce open
The 2010–22 economic file was still too compressed. Exploded from Mantega and the 2010 rare-earth rehearsal through Crimea sectoral lists, 232 allied collateral, 6 July 2018 Section 301 as the declaration, Huawei Entity List, Phase One (tariffs pause, controls do not), AUKUS, then 2022 as three cuts at once — SWIFT/frozen reserves, energy (REPowerEU, oil cap, shadow fleet), friend-shoring/CHIPS/October BIS. Blocs as tents not churches. 2025–26 is the same war’s second iteration: Liberation Day and rare-earth unplug in spring; Busan ceasefire; IEEPA tariffs struck February 2026 then rebuilt under other statutes; New Delhi BRICS (local currency, no common note); Xi at the White House 24 September, truce expiring November. Outcome open. Zapad-2017 filled as the first western-direction strategic after Crimea. New data is verification, not prophecy.
Turn Wars that poured the tents
Origins first; 7–8 October as claim versus intelligence; 2026 still open
The missing piece after rails and drills was the wars of the last twenty-six years as tent-pouring, not tribe stories. Origins from 1953 and 1980–88 so that 2003 is the wall coming down and a NATO split, not a slogan. JCPOA as both-sides-in-the-tent at the bomb; 8 May 2018 the US exit, same year as 301. Soleimani 3 January 2020; Zarif “concluded”; Khamenei’s revenge ledger not closed. 7 October 2023 is Hamas; 8 October is Hezbollah’s northern front. Cotton named Iran the same day (12:54 UTC); Sullivan/Kirby/NYT that week did not find operational direction. Graham 22 October is the hawk file, dated, not substituted for intelligence. 2024–26: 13 April direct, Nasrallah, Assad, Twelve-Day War / Midnight Hammer, then Epic Fury 28 February 2026 (Khamenei killed), Islamabad MoU, September hostilities — outcome open as of 21 September 2026. Axis of Resistance is a network. India, Turkey, Qatar, Pakistan, China-as-broker stay hinges. East versus West as two churches is refused.
Turn Fed, petrodollar, Chimerica
How the money hall was built, and how the bind unpicked
The currency file was still missing the office, the oil instrument as it actually formed, and the 1990s bind. Federal Reserve: 1907 as proximate cause, Aldrich–Vreeland, Jekyll Island as a documented draft of Aldrich not of Glass–Owen (23 December 1913) — hybrid LOLR, not a stolen office. Petrodollar: 8 June 1974 Joint Commission and Simon in Jeddah as invoicing plus recycling (Spiro); the June 2024 ‘50-year treaty expired’ story refused. Chimerica: 1994 unification and 8.28 peg through 2005 (Dooley; Ferguson–Schularick); staged unbind 2005 / 8/11 2015 / 23 March 2020 flood then dual circulation / 2022 freeze. CPI 9.1 percent is high inflation, not hyperinflation. TIC wean toward $618 billion (July 2026) is not a dump. OPEC+ (2016) spans tents; yuan oil futures exist; the world invoice is still the dollar.
Turn Named hegemonies, inner/outer, Follow the Oil
The mix a pole must keep; energy as its own tab
Vital signs were listed; what was missing was how each pole, once achieved, dominated named hegemonies and then had to keep them. Ten instruments, drifting from Dalio’s eight because the board starts in Sumer: caloric/water, force, fiscal, routes, energy, money, standard, alliance, courier, materials. Achievement is not possession. Inner and outer conflict taken as Dalio’s pair, then toured through Agency, Equilibria, Fractures, Mutual Aid, and Center as this program’s conclusions. Follow the Oil is a satellite of Paper 02: grain → coal → oil → processed minerals; petrodollar as oil × reserve; named chokepoints; 2026 Hormuz live, outcome open. Gaps kept visible (space/orbital, jurisdiction, inner-conflict metric).
Turn Foundations of the Right, then CenLib as the named join
Locke, the American word, the property conflict; Center deepened
The left had a paper (Fractures). The right did not: how ‘libertarian’ inverted in the US (Dean Russell, FEE, May 1955; LP 1971; Nozick 1974); Lockean logic as standing law, mixing, proviso, money clause; capitalism as theory (Smith through calculation and knowledge) and as practice (chartered companies, limited liability, Dodge 1919, Friedman 1970, a pole’s neoliberal mix); the figures without flattening Hayek into Rothbard; the economic ideas as a list that can be attacked; the conflict over property (Cohen: self-ownership is not world-ownership; bequest is not fitness). CenLib is named for the attempt to join the two files. Paper 07 is that file. Paper 05 deepened: why the name, what it takes from the right, synthesis of agency / inheritance / fitness / polarity. Open problems 32–34 (proviso at scale; bequest without dominion; NAP versus domination).
Turn Oscillation driven home
Unipolar → many, with brief two; hegemonic supremacy at superpower scale
The synthesis stated Game of Empires as a glossary of terms. It did not drive the engine: the world oscillates from a unipolar world to a multipolar world, with brief stints in bipolarity, as empires vie over hegemonic supremacy relating to superpower status. Paper 08 §2 rewritten around that sentence; an oscillation board (stations plus planetary ribbon) sits above the lock board; Paper 02’s opening and polarity tab take the same engine. Superpower is the scale of the prize. Bipolarity is a freeze, not many empires. The 250-year clock stays refused.
Turn Two horseshoes
Anarchists at the real tips; right-anarchist span; CenLib as the missing bend
Horseshoe theory was lined up against the files. Faye’s pair (party-state and fascism) is kept as office-similarity, not identity of theories. Anarchists were never Faye’s left tip; their right-hand mirror is right-anarchism, not fascism. The right-anarchist slice is a span: Molinari 1849, Spooner, Rothbard’s named school at the outer horn; Hoppe a walk up. Agorism is left free markets (Konkin; Movement of the Libertarian Left), clockwise of CenLib with Tucker, Warren, Carson, Proudhon — not a fork inside Rothbard’s tent. Marxism’s stated goal sits with the left anarchists. Paper 09 is the circle: every system on the rim, CenLib opposite mixed-economy center. A circle that paths through the two offices is refused. Open problem 39.
Turn Marxist method as steps on the left horn
Socialize the means of production; dictatorship as a stepping stone; intended commons, stuck party-state
The left horn was a jump from mixed to the party-state. That flattened the method. Marx’s own steps are now seats: leave mixed; socialize the means of production (Manifesto 1848; War Communism as applied form); dictatorship of the proletariat as a transitional office (Class Struggles 1850; Weydemeyer 5 March 1852; Gotha 1875) stated as a stepping stone to common ownership. Intended landing sits with the left anarchists. Applied landing is the party-state that did not wither. Social democracy and democratic socialism stay on the same arm as the parliamentary walk, not as those steps. Papers 03, 05, and 09, plus the map board, now draw the series. Not a falsehood — the file was already in Fractures; the diagram had skipped it.
Turn Hourglass, not a circle; MoP on every card
Faye’s proximity restored; our shoe named as invention; method as a section
The circle put fascism and the party-state 180° apart and hid horseshoe theory’s point: they almost touch as office. The figure is now an hourglass of two horseshoes: mixed means of production at the wide top; the two offices pinched at the upper waist (historical lesson of staying in Faye’s shoe); ancom and ancap pinched at the lower waist; CenLib the wide bottom. The lower bowl is this program’s invention. Completing Faye’s open horseshoe with that mirror shoe is new. Marxist method is a section, not a filter — each selection’s card leads with how that system defines the means of production. Labels that were clipping off the left, and the ancap overlap, are gone: keystones only on the figure, roster and card for the rest.
Turn Pinch the waist; lesson on every card
Hourglass as proximity, not a corridor; MoP then historical lesson
The first hourglass still looked like two U’s with a corridor down the middle — the offices did not read as almost touching. The waist is now a pinch: party-state and fascism as one pair, ancom and ancap as the other, dotted verticals the illicit step of taking the office. Bowls filled so the silhouette is an hourglass. Circle, single shoe, diamond, and figure-8 were tried against the four facts (mixed sits wide; offices pinch; anti-offices pinch; CenLib is the missing bend) and failed one of them. Each system’s card now leads with how that system defines the means of production, then the historical lesson of the seat. Roster organized as the six seats, then the four walks, then walk-ups and neighbors. Marxist method stays a section, not a filter.
Turn Every seat named; cartel method as the equal warning
Leader lines for every system; leave mixed going right — cartelize, then command
The hourglass had the shape and hid the names: only six keystones were labeled, the rest were unread dots. Every seat now has a line out and a name. Equal to the Marxist method on Faye’s left arm, the right arm is now a dated series: leave mixed; cartelize the means of production (Hilferding 1910; wartime Wirtschaft; compulsory cartels 1933) — title kept, plant organized; corporatist command (Carta del Lavoro 21 April 1927; Gentile 1932); landing at fascism, with no bronze-axe destination on that arm. Conservatism, classical liberalism, and neoliberal practice stay parliamentary cousins, not those steps. Cartel theory sits on Faye’s right arm, not at the party-state and not at anarcho-capitalism. Dimitrov 1935 is dated as the collapse of the two pinches into one theory, and refused.
Turn Seats on the stroke
Distributism and junta on the hourglass; George off Cartel; Steiner on our arm
Four seats were still in the hollows. Distributism and Georgism now sit on Faye’s arms just off mixed — cousins of the join, on the figure, not inside the bowl; George is no longer stacked on Cartel MoP. Junta sits on Faye’s right arm between minarchism and corporatist command, so the Chicago-school office is on the shoe without stealing fascism’s pinch. Steiner sits on our left arm just off CenLib, on the stroke like the other dots; Nock the matching cousin on the right, off Molinari. Walk-ups at the waist (councils, Hoppe, the captured word) stay in the indent — that is the illicit step, not a missed seat.
Turn Biology under the models; same seats on ecology
Two apples, or an orchard; fascism as SotF; the party-state argues cooperation
The central idea was still under-spent: economic models are pictures of agents in a limited-resource environment, borrowed from biology while fitness and inheritance were ill-defined, and they boil down to competitive or cooperative systems. Paper 04 now drives that home. Scarcity can be fought over or planted past — two apples, or an orchard. A society is proof of cooperation; a garden is proof. Nature, seen fully, is both. The models look irreconcilable because those definitions are not closed. Fascism is survival of the fittest at all levels. The party-state argues cooperation and commands it. CenLib is the attempted bridge. The hourglass stays office × property; a second figure of the same seats is the ecological spectrum. Paper 06 takes game theory for what it is, not only the PD first spent: stag hunt is the orchard, hawk–dove is struggle as a strategy, Nowak’s five rules and Skyrms’s social contract are apparatus. Synthesis takes biology as a fourth lock. Sources that were sitting unused — Rousseau, Maynard Smith, Skyrms, Nowak, Robbins, Malthus, Bowles and Gintis — are now spent in those papers.
Turn Propaganda as courier content
Creel, two lineages, OSI’s named corpse, a third scare
Courier hegemony was the pipe; the content was missing. Paper 02c is a satellite of Game of Empires: white/grey/black as attribution (Linebarger; OSS MO), IPA 1937 devices plus atrocity, blowback, firehose; Creel as the American prototype of war-footing; two lineages plus a military third (Title 22, Title 50 now SAC/PAG, Title 10 where OSI lived). OSI is not SAC. The name lasted 118 days; Rumsfeld kept the work — IO Roadmap, Lincoln Group, MISO, IPMO. The legal sentence is abroad; CIA 1967 called fallout inevitable and consequently permissible. Nayirah is black testimony in a white room. A third red scare is dated as three public senses plus this program’s reconstruction: after bipolarity the enemy is a story. Relates to agency as filling the unread remainder. Open problem 42.
Positions locked by the end of the opening session
- Original “libertarian” (Belsham 1789) is about agency versus necessity, not the US party.
- 19th-c. anarchists and pre-Lenin Marxists shared a goal and split on method (1872).
- Applied Marxism-Leninism did not retire the state.
- Agorism is the late method line to steal from, not Rothbardian joint-stock as the end-state.
- Property triad; no listed stocks or bonds.
- Polity: all-citizen local assemblies + all-citizen federal senate; allotted agenda layer still unspecified.
- Game of Empires is the interstate constraint, from Sumer. The world oscillates: unipolar knockout → multipolar default, with brief bipolar freezes, as empires vie over hegemonic supremacy at superpower scale. Multiple empires are the default of a shared imperial preference. Superpower is not great power; the prize is the named mix, not a crown. Whether an AGI race can be slowed without a polarity bargain is unanswered.
- Nash assumes best-response. PCE does not. Ostrom’s CPRs are not Hardin’s pasture. Productive commons is a CPR problem.
- Compatibility remains philosophical until agency is defined. Individual Completion is a prospected mapping onto the working definition — unread remainder before the act, agency at the time-instance — not a solution to van Inwagen.
- Open problems are part of the program.
- Smith is not Spencer. Kropotkin answered Huxley, not Darwin-the-person. Fitness in the social sense was never repaired. Denis Noble was Dawkins’s examiner, not his advisor. Two apples, or an orchard: scarcity can be fought over or planted past. A society is proof of cooperation; a garden is proof. Nature is both. Economic models are irreconcilable while those biological definitions are unclosed. Fascism is survival of the fittest at all levels. The party-state argues cooperation. CenLib is the attempted bridge. Game theory is the shared language (PD, stag hunt, hawk–dove, Nowak, Skyrms) that still does not pick a title-regime.
- This is a scientific program, not a manifesto and not sedition. Hypotheses do not advocate violent means. The method of transition is not foolproof; infighting is where past attempts decomposed.
- CenLib’s method is a named hybrid: agorism for withering, Bakunin for firm structuring. Remaining specs are for a declaration among people already living the rule. The name is the join of left and right libertarianism at property, not a Nolan midpoint and not a rebrand of the US party.
- Harari is a historian predicting, not a crystal ball. Staying in Game of Empires while rolling out replacement tech is the warning of the papers together.
- Dalio’s eight gauges and reserve-currency lag are taken as vital signs. His 250-year one-empire clock, 500-year board, and portfolio conclusion are refused. - Mises is load-bearing on the Right paper, not a 1920 footnote. Acting man is the economist’s cousin of the organism-scale unit. Praxeology as apodictic close is refused. Elite theory from Plato to Gilens and Page lives on Center, with the untried-democracy claim. Game of Empires is a research programme, not a covering law. CenLib is axioms now, stack prospected. Synthesis is the organistic lock between those two hypotheses.
